When you live in a community like Asheville, it’s easy to get spoiled by all of the amazing cultural and art events happening every weekend, but the Fringe Festival is one to look forward to every year. FringeFest has been weirding out Asheville (it’s a good weird, don’t worry) since it’s inception in 2003, when ACDT’s Artistic and Co-Directors, Susan and Giles Collard founded the festival in hopes of drawing innovative performers and artists with shared or intersecting aesthetics.
